The perfect complement to pigging technology to provide safety and functionality when emptying drums and containers (IBC). Here, the pumped product is often used as an additive in the mixing process. The decantation process is semi-automatic. With the preheated base product, the barrel will be almost completely empty. The product is decanted with a pneumatically driven spray gun, which directly conveys the product to the pigging line. The product will be delivered directly to the storage tank or the subsequent mixer. The precise dosage of the product is affected by the weighing system connected to the DDU central control unit. With the help of flexibly designed roller conveyors, it is possible to quickly convert from barrel decantation to container decantation. The system can be reassembled in seconds to dump completely different types of packaging.
